The REVIT Designer will work closely with the Senior Designer to provide Revit Modeling on hospitality and multi-housing Interior Architecture projects. Should have minimum 2 years experience outside of school 3D environment working in Revit with a focus on housing or hospitality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (these are the highlights, full job description available upon interview)

  • Work closely with Senior Designer and other team members on all phases of a project, from Programming to Construction Administration.

  • Utilize Visualization, graphics, and presentation skills to effectively communicate the project design.

  • Provide production assistance for construction documents required for permit and construction.

  • Assist in developing solutions to grow BIM efficiencies and maintain high-quality deliverables.

  • Maintain revision control on drawings and follow company standards for an organized system of maintaining files.

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. Minimum 2 years of professional BIM/Revit (Interior Architecture) experience required.


Has advanced specialized computer skills that require mastery of applicable software in such fields as graphic design and technical writing. Proficient user of Revit and AutoCAD LT 2016/2017. Prefer experience with Adobe Suite as well.
