Little, nationally recognized as a “Best Firm to Work For” and one of the nation’s most progressive design firms, is seeking a Sr. Program/Project Manager with a positive, collaborative work style for our Retail Studio in our Newport Beach, CA office.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be an ambitious, creative, and engaged Sr. Program/Project Manager who is passionate about design and improving the performance of our clients through creative collaboration and breakthrough ideas.  This candidate also has a strong ability for meaningful mentoring of team and staff.

A position you’ll love:

  • You’ll be working on multiple projects for a large corporate client at the same time.
  • You will have primary client relationship duties.
  • Your efforts will have a direct impact on the growth of the account.
  • Your focus will be on Project Management for an ongoing body of work.
  • You will be working with a team to produce and execute extraordinary work.
  • You’ll be responsible for client interaction, proposal writing, budget and schedule management, team coordination, consultant coordination and quality assurance & control.
  • Your work will include a variety of tasks including design, production and construction administration responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university;

·         California architectural license required;

·         LEED accreditation a plus;

·         A minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a project management role;

·         Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong understanding of project financials;

·         Great attention to detail and service to clients;

·         Strong organization, communication and presentation skills are a must; and

·         Proficiency and ability to draw in Revit strongly preferred; a working knowledge of Revit is    required
