The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all project site logistics, including scheduling, subcontractor and self-performed field staffs, budgets and communication with office management staff, full project safety, inspections and jurisdictional interface, and supervision of the actual physical construction of the project, just to name a few!


To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will have the following background:

5 - 10 years of experience on construction projects in a superintendent role. 
Demonstrated proficiency and understanding in management of site logistics and contract operations on tight urban sites. 
Knowledge of computer software such as Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Word
Must be construction-document and drawing literate, specifically with knowledge of all phases of construction. 
Experience and proficiency in all divisions of work including materials, scheduling, site cost control, and safety procedures. 
Organizational and time management skills to carry out projects on schedule through to completion. 
Strong technical and communication skills are critical.  
OSHA 30 Hour Certification.
