Our projects range from product development / branding to free-standing construction to analytics driven design. We operate as a data-first consultancy, leveraging our expertise in built design, graphic design, branding and strategy, we develop information based client-centered solutions. Our designs are fundamentally the outgrowth of rigorous investigation into the underlying data behind each challenge from data on performance in the workplace to wind, solar, water and earth conditions on a rural building site.

All applicants must meet the below standards:

Job Description: Designer/Architect with minimum 3 years experience. Strong experience in design development and solutions across multiple industries and product types. Revit and Adobe Suite are mandatory. Skills in Grasshopper and rendering capabilities considered a plus.

Daily responsibilities range as follows:

  • Program analysis

  • Data analysis based on project- specific research

  • Architectural and product detailing

  • Multi-tasking between multiple projects and teams

  • Regular communication with clients

  • Consultant communication and coordination 

  • Storyboarding and planning 

  • Document generation as it relates to all phases of design 

  • High level of verbal and written communication 

  • Design analysis and development

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously as needed

  •  Ability to operate on several different tasks within a given day across several different projects 

  • Meeting regular and demanding deadlines 

  • Operating and executing under pressure as it relates to project milestones 

  • Ability to work through design problems to reach appropriate solutions
