We’re a small firm doing projects with a big impact.  We’re committed to working on socially relevant projects and to being good stewards of the environment.  We run an open studio where hierarchy matters less than our willingness to collaborate, share ideas, ask questions, explore, be curious, be committed, be open-minded, be passionate, work as a team, and work hard.

A successful candidate will be asked to wear many hats and to change them often.  She/he will be highly self-motivated, effective at working in a team and alone, demonstrate clear analytical thinking and problem solving skills, be able to follow a task through to completion, demonstrate a willingness to take ownership and be accountable for her work, be a good communicator, and be an enthusiastic champion of good design.

We’re in our 19th year and remain committed to the vision we started with: to run a multidisciplinary design studio combining architectural practice with hands-on making, fabrication, prototyping, experimentation, and research; and to seek out projects which strengthen the social fabric of our communities and contribute to healing the planet.
