Heintges is a premier architecture and engineering firm specializing in building envelope and facades. With offices in both New York and San Francisco, we work closely with architects, designers, and owners from concept through construction to realize enclosures at the forefront of design and performance. While we have global reach, the structure of our firm is boutique in nature. With active principal involvement and a supportive network of senior staff, we aim to foster an environment of both personal camaraderie and exciting professional challenges.

The New York office is currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work closely with the Director of Business Development on new business proposals, digital content, and marketing materials. Candidates should have a keen eye for graphic design, strong attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and interest in both architecture and our portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the development, formatting, and preparation of proposals, statements of qualifications, and additional service requests.

• Assist with the development and maintenance of quality standards and overall firm graphic identity.  

• Coordinate the preparation and revisions to staff resumes, project profiles, and other firm collateral.

• Manage in-house photographic and archival materials.

• Manage firm contacts for external communications.

• Handle other responsibilities as needs shift. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Art History, or Visual Arts.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably at an Architecture, Engineering, or Design firm.

• Interest in visual communication and a strong graphic sense.

• Passion for design excellence.

• Attention to detail with a penchant for clarity and accuracy.  

• Ability to systematize and streamline organization of documents, resources, and data to improve navigation and ease of reference

• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (emphasis on InDesign), Microsoft Office, and AirTable, with a willingness to become proficient with Ajera.

• U.S. citizenship or permanent U.S. residency is required.
