Douglas C. Wright Architects, a New York City based architecture firm, is seeks an Office Manager/Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of the general office management including but not limited to answering phones, filing, mailing, office calendar management, event coordinating, contact list management, office supply ordering/inventory, transcribe and edit documents, and other office duties
  • Assist with meeting/travel arrangements and scheduling for Mr. Wright.
  • Coordinate with principal/lead designers for project information updates
  • Coordinate and assist IT with hardware and software set up, updates and troubleshooting


  • Minimum of 2 years of Office Management experience at Architecture or Design Firm
  • Bachelor degree required
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a professional manner, and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize
  • Proficiency in  Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with BillQuick Software a plus
