Ready to get out of the cold? How would you like to practice Architecture in and relocate to (company-assisted) beautiful, warm San Diego County, California?  Or, are you currently in San Diego and just tired of commuting downtown?  We are located in one of the best spots in the county, Bressi Ranch (inland Carlsbad) 10 minutes from the beach!

We are seeking experienced Architects at the Project Architect/ Project Manager level , with an advanced level of large scale ($30M +) commercial, federal and/or industrial type project experience to join our design/build team to contribute to true integrated project delivery in federal and commercial markets.

Our projects are challenging, interesting and diverse (Healthcare, Education/Training, Hospitality, Specialty, etc.) both technically and geographically.

We are a true Design/Build company, in business since 1996, with over 350 total employees, including our dynamic 22+ (and growing) Architectural "firm-within-a-firm" team. We have 11 licensed Architects on staff, and talent hailing from some of the top commercial Arch/A&E firms in the nation.  And, we utilize the highest levels of design and 3D technologies for production and construction.

Particularly, we are looking for broad-thinking Architects to be part of a uniquely dynamic culture of innovation and collaboration that encompasses all aspects of design/build. We truly offer the best of both worlds and focus on developing our staff in all facets of project delivery.

The holistic experience at RQ is like no other. From one Architect's perspective, "There is no better environment to work, than with a team of designers and builders collaborating together to deliver the best built environment for our nation's federal and DOD agencies."

From another Architect's perspective, "It is exciting to work for a company that encourages a team effort for design and is passionate about professional development and mentoring. We are fortunate to work in an environment that incorporates all facets of the construction industry from estimators to the building trades. . . and we are better Architects as a result."
