The core mission of the Marketing and Sales Content Coordinator is to build out the marketing and sales tools for the Sales & Marketing team. This teammate will create internal and external communications documents, participate in developing standard processes and procedures, assist with graphic layout and presentations, and update website and social media postings. This position supports the sales effort by responding to inquiries, logging data from inquiries, and keeping sales data up-to-date. The position has tremendous opportunity to advance within the Sales & Marketing department or other business areas of the company. The ideal candidate is passionate about problem solving, a curious and self-motivated learner, results-oriented, a systems thinker, clear and prompt with all forms of communication, and comfortable in a fast-paced and multi-discipline team environment.


  1. Create attractive and market-sensitive website modules
  2. Craft sales and marketing presentations
  3. Keep sales tracking database up to date and operating with maximum efficiency and usability
  4. Lead effort to maximize efficiency and accuracy of quoting/bidding tools
  5. Document and maintain internal sales and marketing processes
  6. Interface with advertising outlets and coordinate promotional budgets
  7. Coordinate sales activities calendar and sales trips/appointments


  1. Degree in architectural design, industrial design, or graphic design
  2. Professional experience in technical writing or marketing copy work
  3. Demonstrable proficiency with standard office environment programs (e.g. Google Apps, Microsoft Office) and common project management software (e.g. Smartsheet)
  4. Demonstrable proficiency with photo/video editing software and presentation design software
  5. Demonstrable proficiency with CAD and modeling software (e.g. Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD)
