Luxury boutique is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team! The right candidate will have 7+ years of experience and sound experience in construction management in luxury, lifestyle interiors. You will have the opportunity to manage various projects within the retail sector.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate design and construction for the renovation of existing stores or the creation of new ones.
  • Coordinate with headquarter designers to prepare location lay-out to match planned retail sales and organize internal review with all corporate and local teams involved
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal Departments to finalize budgets and contracts.
  • Prepare feasibility studies for potential locations
  • Prepare Capex and Cost Report and update it regularly along the project development
  • Establish contact and coordinate with Landlords architectural team to get all necessary information
  • Organize general contractors and millwork contractors bidding, evaluate tender documents and offers and coordinate works assignment
  • Manage all Direct Vendors orders
  • Oversee and supervise consultants and contractors documents to ensure consistence with original concept throughout the whole process and up to construction and shop-drawings.
  • Prepare reports from regular site visits.
  • Ensure quality of building construction and millwork installation
  • Identify outstanding issues during construction and ensuring appropriate follow up
  • Collect as-built drawings and keep record of store opening information

Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Architecture or related Engineering fields
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Previous retail experience at a comparable luxury international company is a big plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Pro-active and problem solver
  • Proficient in using computer software such as AutoCAD 2D/3D and Photoshop
  • English language proficiency (spoken and written) – An additional language is a plus
  • This position will require travel about 30% of the time.
