Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity in our Seattle office for an Architectural Project Manager. 

The role of a Project Manager entails leading the consultants and internal resources, overseeing and managing the development of contract documents, adhering to budgets, facilitate contracts, construction site representation, and be a primary client contact throughout the life of a project.   The role requires good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work and lead in a team environment, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.  

The preferred qualifications for a Project Manager are:

  • 7+ years of experience in the field of Architecture
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
  • Autocad and Revit skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
  • Thorough knowledge of building codes
  • Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
