Marketing Coordinator/Manager

We are currently looking to hire a talented, ambitious and well-rounded Marketing Coordinator/Manager to assist the Principals in the execution of specific assignments, including but not limited to the creation of well-designed and beautifully written digital and printed marketing collateral, high-quality qualifications/proposal packages, as well as maintaining the firm-wide initiatives for creative marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with Principals on the RFP/Q process which includes researching leads, teaming strategy, designing/formatting, writing and overall coordination of highly tailored content in pursuit of work
  • Implement targeted client engagement initiatives through market research and networking
  • Tracking and researching prospective clients for business development
  • Generate compelling printed and/or digital marketing collateral within alignment of brand message and identity
  • Researching, tracking and producing award submissions
  • Consistent social media management of all channels, especially Instagram and Twitter. A constant effort to go out and produce compelling social media content.
  • Be the “Project Manager “ for all event coordination and planning including office events, tradeshows, conferences and strategic partnership events
  • Meticulously organizing, managing and archiving a network of digital assets (photography, resumes, project sheets, proposals)
  • Work with Principals to manage an annual marketing budget
  • Website management as well as assist with efforts for an upcoming website refresh
  • Researching and attending relevant industry networking events
  • Assisting with PR initiatives as needed
  • Photo editing and coordination of photography shoots
  • Production and database management of quarterly and holiday newsletters via ConstantContact
  • Assist in managing calendars of the Principals
  • Coordinating all internal office presentations and vendor lunch and learns
  • Maintain and contribute to office culture such as planning regular internal office events and happy hours

 Skills

  • Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and Photoshop. Knowledge of Adobe PremierPro and film editing, a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of print and digital production with the ability to wrangle third-party printers
  • A strong, super-detailed graphic eye
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, creative and compelling narratives.
  • Skilled with CRM databases, a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in architecture, marketing, communications or related field
  • Preferably someone who has experience in a marketing position with a design or professional services firm
