The Corporate Interiors – Project Architect has overall responsibility for site visits and code reviews and QA/QC. The CI Project Architect will also be responsible for architectural design and technical production of projects. We are seeking an individual with strong technical and communication skills working within the design team to create exemplary buildings to suit clients’ and users’ needs. Assist Project Manager with projects from inception through completion including all design phases, client interaction, schedule and financial performance. Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs site surveys.

  • Performs code reviews.

  • Prepares construction documents and specifications.

  • Coordinated documents with engineers, consultants, and vendors.

  • Conduct and perform QA/QC reviews and verify documents reflect the design intents, compliance in code, completion, buildable and accurate sets.

  • Attends construction meetings and responds to and issues addenda and RFIs.

  • Makes construction site visits and issues reports.

  • Reviews shop drawings and submittals as well as prepare punch lists.

  • Mentor younger staff.


  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

  • Minimum 6 to 9 years of relevant Corporate Interior experience

  • Strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with others in a challenging fast paced work environment.

  • Strong knowledge of building codes.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

  • Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD required.

  • 3D Max, Sketch-up, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, PowerPoint, and other related design software preferred.

  • NCIDQ accreditation and Architectural registration required.

  • LEED AP ID+C accreditation preferred.

  • Works collaboratively in team environments and exhibits flexibility.
