LMN Architects is currently seeking outstanding candidates for the position of Project Designer.  Candidates should be experienced in leading the design of mid to large scale institutional and commercial projects. Candidates should have an integrated and comprehensive approach to complex program and technical resolution and employ a deeply collaborative process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Day to day design lead on projects, working closely with the project team to initiate and develop designs from concept through construction 
  • Encourage a collaborative approach to design where the entire team is engaged and contributing to the advancement of the design 
  • Demonstrate an understanding of design philosophy of our projects and produce design documentation to support that philosophy 
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and others to coordinate the design process including the interface with owner, consultants and contractor


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in architecture
  • 8+ years of experience in a range of architectural design roles.
  • Licensed architect preferred 
  • LEED accreditation is desirable as is a strong understanding of sustainable design 
  • Rhino proficiency preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and analytical skills
