Muller Maciocia is a full service design and architecture firm, offering a range of services including architecture, interior design, project management, and entitlement/ land-use consulting. Our multi-disciplinary approach exposes us to a multitude of project typologies, and the opportunity for staff to gain experience in all manner of projects from concept through to construction.

We are in search of motivated, self-starting individuals who are comfortable owning projects, taking leadership and responsibility at all stages of the process. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives
  • Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings
  • Utilize hand rendering techniques to communicate design concepts
  • Licensure preferred but not required
  • Coordination of project design 
  • Develop creative-design concepts for projects, and prepare presentation and design drawings
  • Work independently on architectural design projects and coordinates project design efforts
  • Develop planning and creative-design concepts for projects
  • Prepare presentation and design drawings and details

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of related project experience
  • State Licensure, or desire to attain a plus
  • Knowledge of materials, construction techniques and building codes
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Proficiency in modeling using 2D/3D software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup
  • Proficiency in Revit essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or foreign equivalent
  • Legal right to work in U.S.
  • Experience with coordinating and managing consultant engineers, technical detailing and obtaining agency approvals is required
