Peloros is a dynamic staffing firm. Since 1993 we have been partnering with Architecture and Interior Design firms. We have multiple clients throughout California that are looking for talented individuals for contract, temp-to-permanent, and direct-hire opportunities. 

Job Description:

Our Client is a large Architecture firm of note. They are seeking a Design Professional to join their team. You would be responsible for coordinating and/or undertaking the design development, production and delivery of large scale projects, as a member of the project design team. 


  • With direction from the PA or PM, analyze and develop approaches to the creation and modification of architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, etc. ensuring the incorporation of design intent. 
  • Develop presentations and early design studies. Prepare 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings.
  • Understand and translate design intent into technical documents.
  • Assist in client, consultant, and contractor coordination.
  • Assist team leader in ensuring that documentation for all phases conforms to QA/QC Standards.
  • Conducts product and code research and incorporation of codes into technical documents.
  • May have regular interface with clients and consultants.
  • May assist in work planning and scheduling processes.
  • May assist team in construction administration document management.
  • Assures document standards are met and archives documents appropriately. 
  • Facilitate internal and external communications.
  • Tracks all project data in electronic files.
  • Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of architectural building systems.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability, integrated design and LEED guidelines. 
  • Possess strong Revit skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in 3D Modeling software such as 3D Studio Max and Viz 2006 preferred.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign graphic software preferred.
  • Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in team environment.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture required.
  • 5 plus years' experience.
  • LEED credential required within 6 months of employment.

Compensation: $75,000-$85,000/yr.
