BULLI is a Real Estate Development Company comprised of highly skilled Architects and Interior Designers based in downtown Los Angeles. We are focused on producing high-end contemporary single-family estates, hospitality & restaurant projects.  Current projects include many contemporary single-family residences in Bel Air, each in excess of 30,000 sf, as well as the exclusive developer, architect, and interior designers of the expanding restaurant, Bottega Louie, with our newest location coming to West Hollywood.

We are seeking highly motivated Project Manager/ Project Architect applicants for our Architecture Department. This key role will engage all areas of our practice including; design projects, infrastructure projects and development projects. In addition to project management, this role will also have a large client interface component.

Responsibilities include:

  • Project Architect and Manager on a wide variety of projects including new buildings
  • Manage production of documentation for all phases (concept through CA)
  • Establish design criteria and track project compliance with zoning and building codes
  • Manage and mentor junior staff, particularly relative to the technical aspects of the work
  • Review and approve shop drawings, RFIs and other submittals
  • Review construction details and specifications, and write specifications
  • Draft communications to city agencies on various subjects such as zoning, code, landmarks, and other substantive issues
  • Track and schedule progress of projects so that projects deadlines are met

Candidates should possess the following:

  • B.Arch or M.Arch degree from an accredited college or university (required)
  • 7+ years experience managing residential architecture projects, with at least three (3) years experience working on Los Angeles based projects
  • Experience in high-end contemporary single family residential projects
  • Excellent communication skills - able to listen to clients needs and communicate needs and direction to consultants and staff
  • Ability to be a team player and work independently
  • AutoCAD and Revit proficiency required
  • Great attitude, ready to hit the ground running
