Our design studio is seeking an Interior Architect with 5+ years of professional experience to join our highly motivated team of designers who are creating thoughtful destination experiences. This is not a traditional design firm. We may be formal in presentations, documentation and detailing, but this is an extremely casual work environment. The ideal candidate is extremely creative, communicative and collaborative; willing to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done.

Here at R O H E, we typically produce 100%  design development drawing sets in house. As required, we partner with architects and other consultants local to the project to produce construction documents. We also provide and  customize highly detailed millwork, furniture and lighting drawings and specifications. The Interior Architect is integral to this process and we are looking for you to contribute in the following ways;


  • Masters/ Bachelors of Architecture or Interior Design
  • 5 to 8 years of professional design experience. (Hospitality Design/High End Residential experience is preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. Spexx, Exxpedite and Asana Task Management a bonus!!
  • Highly Proficient in AutoCAD. 
  • Fluent in Space Planning and developing drawings through Concept Design, Schematic Design and Design Development
  • Fluent in Construction Documentation + Detailing
  • Create and maintain drawing sets by continually updating backgrounds and coordinating changes with team members.
  • Coordinate with in-house Interior Design Team; must have experience in interpreting concepts and mood boards.
  • Coordinate with our clients such as, Chefs, Restaurateurs, Retailers, Owners + Operation Teams
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, food service equipment designers, lighting designers, mill workers, metal workers and other various consultants brought to the team. 
  • Manage and review all permit, bidding and construction drawing production phases.
  • Manage and review all RFI's and Submittals during the CA (Construction Administration) project phase.
  • Experience and comfort level managing junior architects and designers, as required.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in different phases of design
