  • BArch from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with high density multi-family and mixed use projects.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects.
  • AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office proficiency required.
  • Ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks; ability to work under pressure is essential.
  • Must be a detail oriented team player with the ability to interface with all levels of staff.
