Field Paoli is looking to add team members to our vibrant, collaborative, and design-focused office who have creative design ideas and are ready to learn the world of retail, food & beverage, mixed-use, office, and community.  Our work in interiors is growing and we are looking for strong project managers to lead team members through concept, development, documentation, and construction administration. 

We want to work with people who are enthusiastic about contributing to the overall quality of a project.  Our ideal candidate takes the opportunity to share design ideas by actively participating in design charrettes and other internal forums.  They should be able to quickly generate design options as well as translate principals’ and design managers’ design visions into 3D models.  A good eye for design, skill in creating graphic presentations, and strength in critical thinking and problem solving are essential.

Organization, great communication skills, and being a team player are qualities needed to succeed in our collaborative work environment.  Self-starters who ask questions, can manage their time, and can move projects forward by looking for the next steps will do well.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4-year Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture

  • 5+ years of experience in an interiors or architecture office

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus

  • Strong aptitude for learning and implementing new skills

  • Strong communications skills (graphic, verbal, written)

  • Attentive to detail, organized, adaptable, team-oriented, and creative

  • Ability to work directly with clients and manage staff

  • Experience in selecting and coordinating FF&E

  • Ability to push projects forward to meet tight timelines

  • Ability to produce draft proposals

  • Ability to manage project budgets
