Composite Fabrication and Construction is currently seeking a Project Administrator in our Brooklyn office.

Candidates must have a university degree and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a construction firm.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Cost estimating, including creation and maintenance of project’s schedule of values
  • Bidding and purchasing, including production of bid proposals for potential clients
  • Contract administration and document control, including drafting and collecting all necessary documentation prior to project start-up and at sign-off, creation and tracking of change orders throughout
  • Budget management and cost tracking
  • Generation of Pay Applications
  • Interface with Clients, Financial Institutions, Legal
  • Sub-Contractor Agreements
  • Scope of Work documents
  • Employee Relations

Software Requirements:

  • Must have experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
  • Must have ability to perform take-offs in AutoCAD or Bluebeam
  • Experience in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit, Rhino, V Ray, and/or Sketchup would be a plus
