Guerin Glass Architects is currently seeking a Studio Manager in our Brooklyn office.

Candidates must have a university degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management role.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with hiring and managing employee relationships
  • Website and social media maintenance
  • Maintenance of office calendar (meetings, travel, vacations, etc.)
  • Scheduling Senior Staff
  • Coordinating Continuing Education
  • Facility Oversight (Brooklyn, Honolulu Offices, site offices)
    • Coordination with landlords, tenants
    • Building Access
    • Office hardware and software, IT Consultants
  • Ordering of office supplies and groceries
  • Assembly of Proposals and Other Outreach efforts

Software Requirements:

  • Must have experience in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Capable of working in a rapid-paced workflow
