We are a growing, experienced, category-defying firm that is breaking through boundaries between industries. We are redefining how to build a home – designing at the intersection of land acquisition, design, construction, product procurement, and project fulfillment.  

We work with an international and diverse clientele, guiding our clients through the entire project - from finding a site to specifying items from finishing to furniture – culminating in a stunning prefabricated home, delivered and assembled on-site.

You have:

  • 7plus years experience preparing construction documents
  • a professional degree in Architecture
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Excel
  • Experience supervising staff and coordinating consultants
  • a strong design vocabulary

  • Customer-facing role, guiding the project and the client through site analysis, schematic design, permitting, construction documentation, pricing and specification
  • Coordinate and maintain lasting relationships with clients, staff, consultants, builders, and local regulatory officials
  • Ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule 

A typical day with us:  

  • Creating project schedules and coordinating with clients, consultants, and staff to implement them
  • Presenting designs to clients via online screen-share meetings
  • Overseeing, reviewing, and participating in the creation of complete sets of construction documents
  • Researching building codes, construction techniques, materials, industry standards, and local regulations
  • Traveling to perform site visits (across Canada and the US)
  • Participating in a collaborative studio culture
