GMPA Architects is an innovative architectural design firm in West Los Angeles, specializing in creative design solutions for challenging urban and infill projects. Our specialties include mixed-use, high-density multifamily, and commercial developments. We are currently seeking a licensed Architect / Project Manager with 8–12+ years of experience. Position requires 2+ years of experience with Revit. High Density Multifamily and mixed-use residential experience in Type I, III and V construction is preferred.

The experienced Project Manager should have strong professional skills and be self-motivated and able to thrive in a collaborative design environment. Candidate will manage Design Development and Construction Documents process, including scheduling and consultant coordination; ensure code compliance, review specification and evaluate quality of materials and finishes; obtain building permits and coordinate with various government agencies.

Minimum education requirement: Five year architectural degree.

Licensure requirement: Licensed Architect in the State of California.
