Project Architect Position Summary

Responsibility Highlights

Works as a member of the design team on large, complex projects and as a team design leader on projects of more moderate size. Responsible for administration, production and coordination associated with assigned projects.

  • Emphasis on client centered design and leadership.
  • Well versed in BIM design, specifically Revit platform.
  • Good working knowledge and experience in applying applicable codes.
  • Carry out the overall architectural design of projects.
  • Integrate and coordinate all disciplines into projects.
  • Maintain contact with the client, attend design meetings and keep the team apprised of design development and decisions that may affect the schedule and budget.
  • Perform project coordination duties: programming, site analysis, scheduling and establishing project objectives.
  • Assist with construction document preparation.
  • Manage construction bidding process in competitive bidding scenario.


  • Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree from an NAAB-accredited School of Architecture.
  • Professional Degree in Architecture, and Registered Architect. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience after obtaining professional license to include coordination of multiple projects, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
