We're a small team that does beautiful work. Friendly staff, cool office, good projects. We're doing what we love, so we have fun with it. We're looking for a highly communicative, organized and motivated Office Manager to join our Architecture and Interior Design team!

Responsibilities:

Assist Principals and Design Teams with project and meeting scheduling

Assist Principals and Project Managers with project and in-office budgeting

Liaise with Bookkeepers for hourly billing and client invoicing 

Organize and lead periodic office meetings

Liaise with purchasing company for client purchases and maintain purchasing records

Liaise with accountants, payroll company and vendors

Qualifications:

Previous experience in management and administration for design or creative business

Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Strong organizational and communication skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Strong leadership qualities
