We are a small development and design-build practice that mainly specializes in high-end residential projects with a multi-disciplinary approach. We engage in all parts of the process -- from acquisition and due diligence to architecture and managing the construction, through interior design, furniture design, and landscape. We have a high paced, collaborative work environment, in which motivated, curious individuals will thrive.

We are looking for not just an experienced architect, but an architect/designer interested in business aspects of design and construction world, who wants a crash course on learning and experiencing all, loves interiors design, makes things happen, interested in hospitality, believes that project completion doesn’t stop on finishing a set of drawings, but in delivering the space and full experience. A candidate who wants new challenges, meet new people, expand his/her horizon.  A self- starter and has minimum 8 years of experience in high end residential design is a must.

Your job includes: design, drawings/CAD, sourcing, construction coordination and management, obtaining permits

CAD is a must, 3D preferred, Photoshop or illustrator for presentations.

Candidate Requirements:

- A bachelor degree from an accredited architecture school
- Minimum 8 years professional practice experience in an architectural office
- Proficiency in Architectural AutoCAD, Sketchup; some working knowledge with Revit/ ArchiCAD

- Must possess knowledge of residential/ commercial construction techniques with the ability to read and interpret residential construction plans and technical drawings

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the project team to carry the project through SD, DD, CD and CA
-Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally

-Good graphic skill for presentation work

- Excellent interpersonal skills and good team member
- Must be able to work legally in the U.S.
