LCM Architects is a full service architecture and accessibility consulting practice. Our staff is comprised of architects, designers, and experts in accessibility. Our architecture practice continues to grow and is exploring new markets, adding multi-family and mixed-use projects to our diverse portfolio. We maintain long-term client relationships with institutions of higher education, government agencies, and many commercial clients. ABOUT THE JOB

LCM believes gives our staff the opportunity to participate in projects from initial design through construction administration. Working closely with the partner-in-charge and project manager, responsibilities will include: 

- Prepare design presentations
- Organize Revit / BIM modeling internally and with consultants 
- Meet with client
- Coordinate with LCM project team and consultants
- Field verify existing conditions
- Research Building and Zoning Code requirements
- Develop construction documents
- Participate in construction administration, including submittal review, RFI response, field visits, construction observation, punch list and closeout

REQUIREMENTS

LCM is looking for a professional who possesses creativity, technical knowledge, good communication and organizational skills, and who works well in a collaborative environment. Skills/qualifications needed include: 

- Professional degree from an accredited college or university
- 5 years of experience
- Licensed as an Architect or in the IDP process
- Technical documentation experience
- Revit / BIM proficiency
- Sensitivity to design and aesthetics
