AC Martin has an opening for an Construction Administrator/Project Coordinator 2  through PFVS.  The employment location will be the PFVS office in Atlanta, Georgia.  The position has the opportunity for extensive exposure to a range of projects on the west coast, representing a diversity of project types. The successful applicant will be working directly with the AC Martin team on the west coast to deliver high profile and transformative projects.

·   Minimum 5 yrs. architectural experience in Type I thru Type III construction.

·   Minimum 2 yrs. experience in construction administration.

·   Ability to process RFI’s and submittals against construction documents under the purview of a Senior Construction Administrator or Project Architect.

·   Ability to review shop drawings against construction documents under the purview of a Senior Construction Administrator or Project Architect.

·   Large commercial experience including hospitality, high-rises, and mixed use.

·   Architectural license desired but not mandatory.

·   Strong communication skills, experience communicating with consultants, builders and trades.

·   Experience with alternative delivery desired.

·   Competency in Excel, Revit, Bluebeam, Word desired.
