Retail Design Collaborative, an award winning architectural firm with a diverse portfolio, headquartered in Long Beach, California, is currently seeking a Project Manager/Design Manager to work on a variety of major retail & commercial projects.  The candidate must demonstrate the ability to execute design concepts, advance projects through documentation and construction and coordinate client and consultant relationships.

Qualifications include:

  • 7+ years of experience providing architectural services
  • Project Manager for 3 years utilizing Autodesk AutoCAD & Revit software
  • Accredited architectural degree preferred
  • Licensure preferred
  • LEED AP BD+C a plus
  • Retail architectural experience a plus
  • Experience with planning & zoning permit process/entitlements and representing projects at public hearings
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Basic working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Sketch Up, Grasshopper, Rhino, etc.
