Project Architect
This position provides exciting and expansive opportunities with overarching responsibilities to take on multiple, highly varied projects simultaneously.

  • This position will require the candidate to take ownership of the projects assigned and manage portions of these projects from inception to completion including but not limited to:
    • Meeting with clients
    • producing concepts and presentation materials
    • field investigation, oversight of the productions
    • coordination with other disciplines
    • ensure completion of the documents
    • CAD production.
  • Location:   Phoenix, Arizona 
  • Position type:  Full-Time, Regular, Exempt Position.


  • Candidate Must be a USA Citizen or legal resident based in the US preferably in Arizona
  • Education:  Bachelors or Masters in Architecture
  • Experience:  Minimum 5 years of experience in Architecture Design / Construction.
  • Registration:  State of Arizona and other states preferred and willingness to Register is required.
  • Codes:  Must be well versed in International series codes, Planning and Zoning Ordinances, and the submittal process for construction documents for approval.
  • Knowledge of Construction Documentation and their needs and assembly.
  • Lead projects in their entirety, from concept to Post Occupancy and coordinate project teams including civil, and structural engineering
  • Ability to travel on short term trips
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Project, both written and verbal.
  • Good organizational skills.

  • Software Requirements: 
    • AutoCad and Revit;   Proficient
    • MS Office Suite   Effective User
    • Photoshop:   Preferred
    • Sketchup:    Preferred
