About the Role

Convene is looking for a passionate and innovative Project Architect who understands that a quality design is the result of a strong concept, a collaborative team and a keen eye for coordination.  Do you look for a process driven design firm that is evolving the profession on a daily basis. Requirements

  • A professional degree in Architecture with license or on path towards licensure required
  • 4-8 years of experience
  • Experience in a design office working on complex interiors with some core & shell experience welcomed.
  • Advanced knowledge of design concepts, detailing, documentation & project coordination
  • High level of creativity, innovative thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent sketching and/or computer skills and conceptual design skills
  • Successful track record directing or coordinating work efforts of junior staff and consultant teams, with thoughtful, inspirational and collaborative leadership
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, verbal, listening and written; including client presentation skills
  • Collaborative and professional work ethic with strong belief in team.
  • Proficient in Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
