Architectural Designer / Project Manager

HOLT Architects, located in Ithaca and Syracuse, NY is seeking highly creative, motivated, and team-oriented Architectural Designers for our Syracuse or Ithaca office. The Architectural Designer will help lead and develop projects from early concept through design development and will be a trusted critical member of highly collaborative design teams. ALL HOLT project team members are an integral part of the firm’s innovative and exciting projects and are given the freedom to explore design alternatives and openly discuss design.

The Architectural Designer must be a graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Architecture program and proficient in REVIT with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate must also be proactive in taking ownership of tasks assigned; be able to meet deadlines; have excellent graphic, written and verbal communication skills; and possess a strong desire to excel and advance in a fast paced, challenging and client-focused environment. 

The Project Manager / Architect must be a graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Architecture program and proficient in REVIT with 5 plus years of professional experience with license. The candidate must also be proactive in taking ownership of tasks assigned; be able to meet deadlines; have excellent graphic, written and verbal communication skills; and possess a strong desire to excel and advance in a fast paced, challenging and client-focused environment.   Strong design skils, proficiency in Revit, a high level of technical expertise are essential.
