About the Position:

MASS is seeking a full-time Jr. Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This junior designer will work in collaboration with our communications and advocacy teams to design and edit compelling print and digital materials such as presentation decks, newsletters, social media graphics, email marketing layouts, and brochures. We are seeking an individual who will not only produce materials quickly and efficiently, but will also thrive under pressure and actively contribute to the creative process. This individual will also act as the coordinator of incoming content and collateral, working to streamline the collection, organization, and dissemination of the organization’s visual assets.

Desired Skills and Experience:

What we’re looking for…

  • 0-2 years of relevant graphic design experience
  • Associate’s Degree, BA/BS, or equivalent work experience in Design, Multimedia or Visual Communications
  • A diverse portfolio featuring a wide range of skills in design 
  • Fluency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

Bonus Skills:

  • Ability to edit video using Premiere Pro
  • Any experience or education related to Architecture
  • Illustration skills
  • Any knowledge of HTML is a plus
