STG Design is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Houston office. STG’s employees enjoy our small office feel and all the perks of a big office support system. The Musts:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university
  • 3 to 5 years business development experience within the AEC industry
  • Strong connections to Houston and surrounding communities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, resilient
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding negotiation skills

The Business Development Manager will work closely with our Director of Business Development and with the Houston Studio Director to:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for growth in the Houston market
  • Expand existing client relationships both locally and nationally
  • Coordinate with marketing to create necessary collateral to win new business
  • Drive revenue by building a project pipeline while simultaneously fostering personal relationships with potential clients in the Houston area
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the industry and key competitors
