SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – Ankrom Moisan Architects, San Francisco Office

  • -Estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts on projects
  • -Assures design and production excellence on all assigned projects
  • -Directs all project efforts – design, management and technical, to ensure the most effective execution of assigned projects
  • -Manages client budgets, schedules, and programs, as well as project communications and documentation and project team assignments
  • -Facilitates client, consultants, contractor, and public agency communications
  • -Oversees projects from design through construction administration
  • -Creates and develops design concepts and able to document schematic and construction drawings using Revit.
  • -Professional degree in Architecture
  • -Architectural registration in California and/or NCARB certification
  • -LEED Accreditation
  • -Ten (10) years of experience in an architectural office, with a background in high-density residential and mixed-use projects
  • -Demonstrated proficiency in Type 1 and Type V construction, design and production documents
  • -Demonstrated proficiency in Revit modeling and documentation
  • -Skilled at developing and maintaining client and consultant relationships
  • -Working knowledge of local/state building and planning codes
  • -Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • -Enthusiastic and motivated, a self-starter
  • -Good overall disposition, engaging
  • -Passionate about their work
  • -A dated cover letter, briefly summarizing your background and experience, as well as your objectives in applying for the position
  • -A clear, concise, current resume with education and professional experience, as well as academic, civic, and professional activities
  • -If appropriate, links to your website, online portfolio, or blog, plus accounts with LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Issuu, Pinterest and other curated sites
  • -Representative examples of your work submitted in digital format, which includes your role on the project and the firm for whom you worked
