MA is seeking an experienced HR professional with a passion for people. Candidates must be detail-oriented and highly self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills. The HR Specialist will ensure all human resources and related programs support the firm’s goals, policies, and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate staffing needs; recruit and interview potential new employees
  • Onboard new hires including orientation and paperwork
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Manage PTO requests and time-tracking
  • Administer employee benefits and health insurance plans; liaison with brokers and make recommendations
  • Revise and maintain Office Manual, policies and procedures
  • Coordinate bi-annual employee evaluations with Principal and Studio Directors to review performance, salary and bonuses  
  • Maintain compliance and understanding of federal and state regulations concerning employment practices
