 Job Requirements

·       Ability to develop Schematic, Design Development, Construction Documents and details, working under the Principal

·       Create concepts and take them into 3D modeling and renderings to present ideas through visual presentations

·       Collaborate with other team members to ensure accuracy and coordination of construction documents, material schedules and FF&E specifications

·       Ability to prioritize and time manage projects to meet deadlines of the organization with proficiency

·       Ability to use the full Adobe Creative Suite

·       Ability to create and understand millwork designs and drawings

·       Ability to assist in field surveying

·       Available to travel out of state as required occasionally for projects


Basic Qualifications

·       Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a U.S. institution

·       Minimum of 3 years experience across the Interior Design / Architecture field, preferably in the restaurant, retail and hospitality sectors

·       Ability to read and understand construction documents with an excellent eye for detail

·       Proficiency in the use of CAD / VectorWorks to develop construction and interior design drawings

·       Strong knowledge of Sketch-Up, V-Ray or similar 3D modeling and rendering software

·       Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design to create artwork and client presentations

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Ability to work in a fast paced environment to handle multiple projects, tasks and deadlines

·       Candidate must be a United States citizen or have permanent residence status to be able to work in the United States


Preferred Technical Skills

·       Knowledge of VectorWorks 2D and 3D

·       Knowledge of Sketch-Up and V-Ray

·       Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

·       Knowledge of FF&E suppliers, specification and local code requirements


Compensation: Salary DOE. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid parking, holidays, vacations and 401k. This is a full-time position.
