Entrepreneurial spirit is an important part of the candidate characteristics we are looking for. Your experience as an architect should bring a high level of design sense alongside a technical knowledge, construction experience and great leadership skills. Candidate should want to grow as an independent and team leader with the company. Coordination with team members, leadership, consultants, clients and stakeholders is expected. Exceptional graphic, design, interpersonal communication, and technical skills is needed. 


  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect with multiple built and published works in a leading international firm

  2. Licensed in California (New York, Nevada, and other States are an asset) is

  3. Proficient in Revit; 4+ years of Revit modeling experience

  4. Strong conceptual and design skills

  5. Project coordination skills on medium to large size projects

  6. Technical detailing & construction administration

  7. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and budget your time

  8. Ability to take initiative in response to direction and without direction

  9. A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and new perspectives on the business of architecture

  10. Great interpersonal communication skills

  11. Knowledge of construction methods

  12. Filing, construction documents and construction administration

  13. LEED certification is an asset

  14. Holds all legal permits and visas required to work in USA

  15. Experience communicating and managing ‘high-touch’ clients

  16. Experience in Real Estate and Development is a bonus

  17. Experience in Branding and Brand Development is a bonus
