Lammey + Giorgio is a design firm located in Collingswood, NJ. Our projects range from extensive building renovations, interior fit-outs, new construction, and master planning.  Our client base includes public institutions/agencies, non-profits, and private commercial entities. We operate through leveraging our expertise in built design, planning, and strategy.  We develop information-based client-centered solutions ranging from free-standing residential design to large scale commercial construction, interior environments and planning.

All applicants must meet the below standards:

Job Description: 

Mid-Level Designer with minimum 3-5 years’ experience. Responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions. Perform assignments under direction with responsibility for design.  Strong experience Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite are mandatory. Skill in BIM management, Dynamo, and rendering capabilities a plus.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Program analysis
  • Diagramming and planning 
  • Carry out complex or novel assignments
  • Product research and implementation
  • Regular communication with Design Team members
  • Development of new or improved techniques and procedures
  • Document generation as it relates to all phases of design 
  • Design analysis and development through all phases of work
  • Construction Document and Details coordination and generation
  • High level of verbal and written communication
