Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this position collaborates on the proposal development, marketing and digital content efforts of the firm. Candidates should be excited to learn about and understand our portfolio, to effectively communicate our brand and win new business.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

  • Develop, write and edit proposals, statements of qualification, and additional service requests;
  • Coordinate materials to meet RFP and RFQ requirements, quality standards, and overall strategy of the company;
  • Prepare fee calculations, leverage historic data from comparative projects, ensure result responds to requested scope;
  • Liaise with clients, principals, project managers and finance team;
  • Lead proposal through the business development life cycle, from RFP to executed contract;
  • Manage, create, and update staff resumes, project profiles, and other firm collateral;
  • Maintain website content, ensure existing projects are up to date and new projects added on a timely basis;
  • Manage in-house photographs and archival materials;
  • Create content and manage contacts for external communications;
  • Review and copy edit all print and digital marketing materials with an eye for brand consistency and design;
  • Handle other responsibilities assigned as needs shift.

  • Bachelor degree;
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Architecture or Engineering;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite required;
  • Experience with Ajera desirable but not required;
  • Fluency in English is required;
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent U.S. residency is required.
