Durham – Workplace Architecture Studio

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university;
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience of experience in the architecture & design industry;
  • Architectural registration; NC preferred
  • Strong design and Revit Skills; and
  • LEED accreditation or WELL building certification a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university;
  • Approximately 2-4 years of professional work experience; Workplace Project experience preferred.
  • Solid design and production skills;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills:
  • Extraordinary computer skills (Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), as well as the ability to do hand sketching; and
  • Self-motivation and a desire to learn about all aspects of Architecture.
