  • Collaborate with design team and lead design development efforts.
  • Prepare and conduct client presentations
  • Provide project leadership to ensure the highest design and quality documentation is prepared.
  • Prepare conceptual design concepts
  • Select appropriate materials  according to project parameters and budget
  • Participate in business development efforts.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design
  • 5-year minimum experience in corporate interiors
  • Knowledge on AutoCAD, sketch-up, Photoshop and other presentation software.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of sustainable design / green architecture is desirable.
  • Working knowledge of state, local and fire codes, including accessibility
  • Experience with client and contractor interface
  • Ability to work on a team-based and fast-paced environment
  • Interior Design accreditation or LEED accreditation is preferred
