  • Manage budget
  • Collect product information from designers to create proposals
  • Work with vendors to obtain cost estimates for project budgeting
  • Work in “Studio Designer” (Interior Design Software) creating proposals, purchase orders, invoices, and purchasing of all FF&E for projects
  • Manage logistics to process orders with vendors - verify/review details on vendor orders
  • Coordinate shipments and deliveries; track / set up all deliveries, shipments, and returns
  • Maintain shared office calendar with status report of all purchased items
  • Inventory management
  • Constant communication with storage warehouse re: items received, deliveries, installation, storage fees, etc.
  • Process vendors payments in a timely manner
  • Constant communication with vendors for status of all orders in production and managing lead time
  • Assist designers in creating schedules (lighting, hardware, plumbing, etc.) 
  • Update clients on project progress
  • Communicate with vendors, general contractors and sub-contractors throughout project
  • Project planning - schedule all client and vendor meetings as well as installations
  • Work with bookkeeper to reconcile project accounts
  • Responsible for organization of project files and physical and digital archiving
  • Help to manage and mentor intern program


  • Degree in Interior Design
  • At least 3- 5 years working as a Project Manager for a design firm
  • Must be fast and tech savvy
  • Candidates must be proficient in Studio Designer, Microsoft Office, AutoCad, and Creative software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • MAC and PC proficient
  • Ability to read architectural drawings is REQUIRED for this position
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to shift between responsibilities on multiple projects at a time
  • Candidates should be articulate in both written and verbal communications and should possess a style and professionalism that is in keeping with our high-end clientele and a friendly and outgoing manner
  • Polished appearance and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work efficiently, accurately and independently
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to handle fast pace environment under tight deadlines
  • Candidates should work well in a team structure
  • Knowledge of residential furnishings and finishes at all price points
  • Extensive knowledge of design principals and aesthetics
  • Extensive knowledge of LA design resources: vendors, showrooms, designers, architects, etc
  • Must be dog friendly
