Studio Assistant

Hours 8:30 – 5:30

Prestigious Architectural Firm seeks a Studio Assistant to be part of the Administrative team.  The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, proactive, and be able to multi-task. Team player is a must, and proficiency in Excel required.  Candidate must have at least 2 years office experience, and a Bachelor’s degree is required. 

  • General Administration: coordinate travel arrangements, messenger service, prepare FedEx shipments.
  • Share reception coverage with assistants as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to Associate Principals including but not limited to meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reporting, video/conference calling arrangements, calendar maintenance. 
  • Coordinate interviews and Career fairs as needed.
  • Miscellaneous Project Management: log submittals and RFI’s, process change orders, update excel spreadsheets for specific projects.
  • Assist Associate Principals with research as requested.
  • Coordinate travel as needed, including registration for events, visas, etc.
  • Prepare project correspondence.
  • Cover for Administrative Assistants as needed.
