RZAPS is seeking a talented Junior Architect with 3-7 years experience in all phases of design and project management to work on new projects in our New York City office. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and technical abilities. The best candidate will have a demonstrated enthusiasm for public use projects and for working in a small, collaborative office environment.

  • 3-7 years professional experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
  • Skills should include use of AutoCAD, Rhino with V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong graphic and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in all design phases and documentation
  • Demonstrates professionalism in dealing with a variety of clients, consultants and vendors
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and organized

RZAPS is a professional architecture and planning firm established in 2002, located near Bryant Park. The firm's portfolio focuses on projects with significant public impact including master plans, buildings, outdoor spaces and interiors. The firm is best known for its role as lead architect for the redevelopment of Randall’s Island which has included the design of the Master Plan and as well as Icahn Stadium and the Sportime/John McEnroe Tennis Center.
