What will be your main responsibilities?

Areas of responsibility will be:

  • Communication and coordination with external consultants and team members

Who are we looking for?
You have an architectural degree from an accredited institution and minimum 8 years of experience with large American projects, including university cultural buildings and commercial towers and headquarters. Experience in New York is a plus. You have experience on built work with all aspects of the design stages from conceptual design to construction documentation with project close-out and with participating in multi-consultant project teams. You are fluent in REVIT as well as Rhino and comfortable with other drawing programs and the Adobe suite; familiarity with project management software is a plus. You have strong organization skills and have experience putting together a drawing set for various stages of project development.

Familiarity with American building codes is essential, and knowledge of bidding, permitting and construction management is an advantage. Architectural license is a benefit, and further a passion and commitment to practice sustainability is required. A LEED Green Associate / AP and/or Well accreditation is therefore preferred.

As a person, you independently take initiative and make prompt, clear decisions even though it may involve tough choices. You initiate and generate activity with commitment and engagement and communicate clearly with both external and internal cooperating partners and project members.
