We are currently seeking a full-time residential and/or hospitality Project Manager with 5-7 years’ previous experience. This position will lead projects, report to the team leadership, and manage senior, intermediate, and junior designers.

Candidates should have high level modelling and rendering skills and must know Revit. The ideal candidate will have thorough architectural training, although he/she does not need to be licensed. 

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Design and Management of single or multi-family residential and/or hospitality projects.
  • Involvement in all phases of design/documentation, including architectural design, interior design, and FFE.
  • Computer modeling and rendering
  • Experience managing junior designers through Construction Document completion is a plus.
  • Contract administration
  • Mentor and train junior project team members


  • Professional Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ high-end architectural design experience (should be able to showcase finished/built work)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and all Adobe programs
  • 3-D Modeling and Renderings skills in: 3D Studio Max Preferable
  • Talented, self-motivated designer with great team skills
