We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Administrator in the Phoenix, AZ area to join our CA Department and Team who will work as an integral part of our architecture firm. This professional will be performing construction administration services for residential, high-rise, mixed-use, luxury, senior, affordable and student housing projects in markets across the country and internationally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review project submittals
  • Respond or collaborate with the production team to Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Observe construction sites
  • Produce field reports that document observations
  • Consult with and report on construction related issues with the architectural project team and consultants
  • Maintain knowledge of current codes and practices
  • Maintain favorable working relationships with clients and contractors
  • Travel required to visit the construction site nationally


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or in a related field
  • Experience with multi-family project
  • 3+ years of construction administration experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Excellent clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and driven to succeed
  • Experience using MS Excel and MS Word


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality and mixed-use projects
  • Experience using Newforma software
