KTGY Irvine is a large multi-studio office with work in the areas of planning, retail, high density, for-sale, and research and development. KTGY is a highly collaborative environment and it is not unusual for offices or studios to work together on a project. KTGY’s acclaimed Residential Studio is a fast-paced group seeking a Project Manager who is knowledgeable and passionate about the complexities associated with for-sale urban infill developments and single-family communities. The ideal candidate can actively balance project requirements, coordinate with consultants and lead the client from design drawings through construction. Additional Qualifications:

  • 5-7 Years of Project Manager Experience
  • Strong knowledge of R-2 & R-3 Occupancies and Type V Construction (2-4 story structures)
  • In depth knowledge of various typologies from Single Family detached to Multi Family attached.
  • Established understanding of code requirements, and construction practices and how to communicate, apply, detail, and specify them.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and clients in various cities concurrently and maintain effective leadership and quality control.
  • Licensed or progress made towards Licensure
  • Understanding and proficiency using the following software:
    • AutoCad
    • Bluebeam
    • MS Office
    • Revit
  • Urban Infill experience in the City of Los Angeles is a plus.
